Absolutely incompetent and unbelievably lazy employees of ground service! Nobody could shift the dates 24 hours before the flight, according to my tariff. Spent a lot of money using roaming just trying to reach customer service 24/7. After spending long hours attempting to reach someone on the phone, have chosen the Russian menu and "voilà" the customer service in Tashkent replied. The lady on phone couldn't speak English, couldn't manage the booking onsite, and didn't have access to online booking. Forced me to call to Dubai office and negotiate with them despite the first departure was Tashkent-Dubai and she should log in to the operating system and change the dates. The employees in Dubai explained that the ground service in Tashkent refused to change the dates and it was already late, they couldn't help. Moreover, the return ticket burned 11 days before the boarding itself, due to an employee's mistake who could not cancel the first flight. The waiting time at the Tashkent ticket office was more than two hours. I was trying to cancel the first flight myself. The motto of employees in ticketing office is-"serve one customer in two hours". I could not talk to the ticketing officer in Tashkent properly because people in the line started to shout at her, losing patience and pushing me. The online booking system does not work. You cannot rebook the ticket, cancel or receive a refund. What a shame!

Dream airline, many flights, pleasant service, satisfying and a lot of food on board! I look forward to opening the borders in the direction I need to buy tickets again.
