Holy shi*t. Blown away. Why go anywhere else? Maybe they don't have physical stores, but they have all the networks, amazing customer service, and an unbeatable price. They spent an hour helping me troubleshoot my tricky number porting issue and figured it out. This is my first TrustPilot review.

The customer service has been good. They were patient to wait in the chat with me as I checked on a porting release, then they checked status to confirm number was released, then allowed me time to put in sim and test service. Super, Thanks!

I called customer service to help get my phone line switched. I felt I wasn’t being heard so I asked for a supervisor I spoke to Sean Mustajab. He resolved my issue. Instead of saying no he jumped right in. My husband is on dialysis and I have all my information on my phone. I had to buy another phone and transfer that day. He made it happen. I am super impressed on how he took charge and made it happen. I am truly grateful. During such an awful time in my life ,he made it a great day. Thank you!!!

Fantastic customer support I was a Verizon customer for many years, until my plan reached $90/month; my family members had been using US Mobile for some time and were pleased with it, so I downloaded the app and worked through the steps to transfer my line from Verizon. Customer support walked me through questions in both live chat and e-mail formats, and were very prompt and courteous. Thrilled to be on board and saving over 70 dollars a month.

I was a top call center rep for years in United States banking so I KNOW QUALITY in call service. US Mobiles rep named “O-Bad” (pronounced but spelled wrong) from Pakistan was absolutely one of the best I ever talked to! Wonderful accent, perfect tech knowledge, friendly, fun, I will DEFINITELY be calling back for “O-Bad” if I need to talk to US MOBILE !
