As we haven't received the majority of our pledged items and what small item we have received was even damaged, we have presented them with a number of options what we would accept as a resolution. They chose the refund option after not being able to sort out the "shipping issue" for more than a month, even with us providing a clear address what has worked with the other small package. We haven't received anything, not even the promised refund. As this is going on for months now and their support practically did not do anything about this apart from the one liner blunt answers, we have filed a chargeback request at our bank to get back the money they have stolen from us. We have also flagged them as frauds, so other people in the same situation would have better chances too. I also need to highlight that their support is extremely inadequate and it cannot even do basic things right like communications. Anyway this is considered closed from our side.

Inadequate customer service won't help, never received our package. We have backed their Kickstarter project Cappadocia. Provided a clear and easy address for shipping. Company address with company name so can't even be missed. We still haven't received our main pledged items only the additional ones. Out of those one even was damaged. The other package for the same address is getting returned constantly. We contacted them and they don't really want to help and their answer was basically to do it ourselves. It seems we will never going to get our pledged items and/or the replacement. It is also interesting that they never sign their customer service emails (what are usually very blunt), so you don't even know who you are emailing with. They don't seem like taking responsibility. We are planning to take the necessary steps, including asking for a full chargeback or legal advice in case we won't get our items very soon. (Trustpilot: All proof is available on request.)
