i just recently ordered with ultrasabers for the second time and spent over $2000 between 2 different orders. the first time i ordered from them was around the time the kenobi series came out (june 2022). I received my stunt sabers promptly with no issues. with my second orders i had a change of heart about a $350 bundle that was already in processing and wanted to switch for other custom sabers equaling the same value. the website chat system was extremely helpful with getting me in contact with a rep by email and answering my MANY MANY questions. once in contact with brent through email we spoke back and forth a few times and within 24 hours of making new choices he was able to walk me through the process to switch the items and they began fabricating. bad reviews i often see seem to around the time of pandemic and parts shortages. everyone i talked to at this company was nothing but pleasant quick and friendly. a great team, with great products at a fair price. 10/10 recommend in 2023

Excellent sabers! Just got my first one from them and it is of very good quality. Had some problems with payment method, but their customer service was fast and helpful in their responses.

Got 3 sabers, all of which came within a week and were built with great quality. Instructions were easy to figure out for emerald sound board. Would highly recommend. Initiate would be a great saber for any youngling.

So I’ve seen a lot of reviews talking about how bad US customer service is. I think there may be a discrepancy. I emailed US twice and both times the replies went to my spam. Both times, however, I thought they didn’t respond. It wasn’t until I saw another post about their messages going to junk that I even thought to check. I sent an email at 5:40 and got a reply by 6:48 the same day once. If you’re having difficulty getting in touch with customer service check your junk because every interaction I’ve had with anyone on the US team has been really really helpful. Also idk if I’m just really lucky, but I placed an order late on Tuesday and my order was complete and in transit by Wednesday night. I saw a bunch of bad reviews and got scared, but honestly they’ve been awesome. Good luck guys!!

I have had nothing but good experiences with Ultrasabers customer service as well as their products. I have bought 12 lightsabers from them over the past 5 years and never an issue with any of them. I was contacted by their customer service, through email, 2 days after my recent order of 3 sabers placed on March 28th, 2021. They let me know that one of the hilts I ordered would be the full 3-4 week lead time that they currently advertise, due to it being temporarily out of stock but that their machine shop is working on getting them fabricated as quick as they can. I was good with that. After waiting 3 weeks, they contacted me again and stated it would be another 3-4 weeks for this hilt and then offered some alternatives that would get my order shipped out in 2 days. I wasn't into any of the alternate options so I decided to wait longer. After waiting an additional 4 weeks, I was contacted again and told it would now be 8-10 weeks for the hilt with many apologies for the delay on this particular hilt and I was given some new alternative hilt options which included 2 hilts that have been on my wish list. I decided that I was done waiting and went with one of the alternatives that have been on my wish list. Customer service made the change in less than an hour and I received my full order 3 days later as well as a refund for the difference in cost being that the original hilt I had ordered was a little more expensive than the one I switched it to. In addition, 2 of the sabers I ordered were upgraded to A/V switches at no additional cost. That is good customer service in my book. Great communication as I have always experienced with Ultrasabers. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is I feel they should list all the sabers (not just some of them) that are currently out of stock on their website so that their customers are aware of this prior to making their purchase. It is a little shady not to do this.
