I ordered my Jeff Dunham tickets October 2019, (order # 32043931) ($195.15) due to Covid-19 the show date was changed 3 times and finally was scheduled in Nov. 2021. Before the show I requested a copy of my tickets with no luck. The show came and went, so I contacted TicketNetwork customer service and explained the situation that was not able to get the updated tickets and I was requesting a refund. There answer was "Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel or refund your order because per our terms and conditions state, all sales are final." A update 2 weeks later, full refund, thank you for understanding.
