I truly cant understand these bad reviews, that's why i felt that I needed to write mye experience as well. Both the quality og the product (silk dress) and the fit was really good! I got my dress within two days and I live in Norway! I also found the return-process really easy.

At first I put a bad review of this brand. But then, having found out the circumstances, I understand that I myself am to blame for my experiences. I entered my e-mail incorrectly during checkout, so I didn't receive purchase information. This caused me problems with processing the return. The only negative that I would like to point out is that support takes a very long time to respond to the client's e-mail. This creates a lot of anxiety. for a week I could not receive a response to my e-mail and the deadline for the return was coming to an end. I was able to make a refund and everything went well, the money was returned pretty quickly. I liked the quality of the product for the price offered by the brand. From now on, I will be more careful when filling in the information. I will probably go back to buying from this brand again.

I love that Reformation carries petite sizes. It is so refreshing to be able to buy sustainable, fashionable clothing in a proportion that fits my frame. I just received two beautifully made dresses right on time, with no delivery issues at all. Looking forward to a fun summer of weddings, dressed in Reformation!

I seemingly have had a different experience than others on here but I had a great experience with Ref. I couldn't navigate the site and get a return label to ship, so my 30 days to return came and went. I contacted them and explained my situation and they immediately got back to me, sent my label and excused my late return. I do think their items are slightly overpriced but will purchase again because of this good experience. Free shipping and return, even to Europe, is also great
