Tada & Toy – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

I'm still awaiting a refund for the faulty earrings I returned, despite sending them back via their provided Royal Mail link and confirmation they've been received back on 30/12/24. I have been attempting to resolve the matter for almost 3weeks now, since they were received faulty on 21/12/24, with barely any response from sending emails and even then only after lengthy waits. Absolutely the VERY WORST in service and apparent avoidance of making the refund, despite them receiving the earrings back successfully & still continuing to sell online irrespective. RECOMMEND TO NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM SUCH A LOW CLASS & DISREPUTABLE COMPANY !

I’ve wanted something from Tada & Toy for so long, and finally got it. The earrings are every bit as as beautiful as I expected. Instantly received lovely, admiring compliments about them. I have them in silver, and the gems are subtle but elegant. These hoops were definitely worth the wait.

The jewellery is very nice and well presented. I had a problem with discolouring of one rose gold piece after one year and the customer service was very good. They replaced the problem piece immediately when I sent it back to them. Top notch.
