Long story short I booked a weekend holiday but couldn't go and cancelled it so I had outstanding balance with surf holidays. They said they would refund me next time I book again but I said I don't want to rebook and I want my refund. They said I have to wait for a year for this. I actually waited for a year. Emailed them last week asking for my refund. They said they will refund next time I book. I said I don't wanna rebook and I want my refund - no reply. They have been keeping my money for over a year now and looks like they won't refund. Oh wait they will, next time I book !

Loads of places to stay. Quick and helpful responses - they really want you to have the best surf experience. We were a family of 5 looking for a place in August, last minute. They knew the perfect place right down to getting there, where to eat and where to get surf lessons. Their live chat was really helpful. Really friendly. Would highly recommend.
