I've bought tons of straps from strapsco. Always great quality and value.

First of all the customer service was beyond stellar!! The strap is beautiful and comfortable and when we had issues with the pins not fitting they sent us different sizes to try..we didn't want to return this strap because it was so nice. Now it fits perfect and my husband said they had the best selection of everywhere we looked. Worth every penny spent. We will be buying more for sure and I told my family with smart watches to come here too, especially for the teenagers who like to switch up bands to match outfits!

I ordered straps in September to be sent to France, processing of the order, confirmation, speed of dispatch etc was all great, but the parcel was for some unknown reason sent back from the depot. As soon as I told strapsco.com they gave me a refund without any quibble.

StrapsCo is awesome. I've gotten multiple fitbit bands and the selection is great. I've gotten very quick replies when I've sent them questions. I had an issue with one strap and they replaced it immediately.

This was my 7th order with Strapsco in 3 years, never a problem, never a negative note, always everything perfect and precise. (only the overseas shipping is always late, but not their fault, they ship 'in a flash')
