SCAM! It has been 15 days since my account was closed and I still have not gotten my money back into my bank account! They send me letters that my account is closed and I will get my money back within 3-5 banking days, but the money is still not there. Wrote a fraud report to the FBI. I don't recommend this app. I decided to register with them and practice investing small amounts. In the beginning they supposedly give bonuses, in fact it's an investment loan. The online account on the web app is completely incomprehensible and has a crooked design. I funded my account with a small amount of money and bought NVIDIA stock. The stock price started to rise and I decided to sell them, they ended up selling my stock for a week and I decided to close my account. Closing my account was also a problem for them. There were constant recommendations not to close the account and they would give me a book to read about investing and at the very end there was an offer to give them a second chance and they would give me $3. I decided to wait on closing the account because I still hadn't found any money for the stock they were selling for a week. And the next day I got an email that my account was blocked and I had to give them my ID, selfies and driver's license and maybe they wouldn't close my account so I was told by an email from tech support. I wrote them an email that I was closing my account as I had had enough of their fraud. Also, the temporary card they give me only works for depositing and all functions in the online office are also programmed for depositing. You can't withdraw money from your account unless you close the account completely. I do not recommend opening an account with them, they are scammers.There is no online tech support on the site. In the chat room you communicate with some kind of bot. It seems that the application is created for fraud and personal data collection without providing services. The money when depositing is credited to a physical card that is sent to the client and that will go at least 10 days if not lost on the way. When requesting the withdrawal of money in the personal account all the time the amount to be withdrawn is zero even though there is money in the investment portfolio and to withdraw it to the personal account or to your bank account.

Very bad experience, they charge 3$/month for nothing, slow customer support, when it come to open an account and add money, it was just easy, but then they held my money, withdraw to my linked bank get canceled instantly, and the worse, is their lie about digital card, they don't provide it at all. STAY AWAY IF YOU DON'T WANT TO LOSE YOUR MONEY !!!
