Ordered online Sunday night. Even with making an order change on Monday, the scooter still arrived early Friday afternoon.

Quality service and prompt shipping. Only problem was complete unassembled scooter was in one box. Extremely heavy. Should have been broken down into three boxes.

The product arrived timely and is even a better quality one than I expected. Better than some I've seen which costs almost triple of what I paid.

I love how easy my scooter was to put together and how easy it is to put in my trunk. The scooter is exactly as described and I love the interchangeable color shrouds. This four star review will be ungraded to a five star review if I discover that the shipping issues were solely the responsibility of UPS. The box it came in was retapped multiple times, damaged on three sides, and poorly packaged.
