1) the wrong item was sent, had to send it back, THEN my item was sent, but it sure looks to be a used return damaged item with missing screws and a chipped bottom panel. the billing/packing/receipt not correct showing a different shipping charge than the one I paid at the time of purchase

Totally inflexible and dishonest store. The colour I received is WAY different to that advertised and they just don’t care. Offered me a $2 refund, what an insult. fabric is cheap and second rate snd sizing is totally off. Take my advice and DONT SHOP HERE

Specialty store services offers an attractive price for custom bags, so I placed an order on 2/6 for custom retail bags and uploaded my artwork. On 2/11, they said my order was ready to be released, and that they needed an updated billing zip code. Fine, no problem. On 2/16, I emailed them to verify that they received the updated information. They said they would let me know when my order is ready. On 2/24, I receive an Email asking for artwork--- the first step I completed on 2/6. This means that not only are my bags not ready after 3 weeks, they weren't even ordered (although there was no issue in charging my card in full on the day the order was placed). Now, I have to find another (better) company that can actually follow through on its promises. Specialty store services is a terrible company that can't guarantee that fully paid orders will be properly received. Save yourself the headache and try Store Supply, KC Fixtures, or any other supplier who has a reputation of better service. It will save you a ton of money and headaches.

Ordered through the website and it gave a shipping cost of $0.00, got call from them saying i need to pay for freight.

I purchased a JFJ easy pro disc repair machine from Specialty Store Services on October 3rd 2019. I called them on Monday 10/21/2019. To inquire about my order I was told they would look into it and call me back. Not only did they not call me back but on 10/23/2019 I received an invoice dated 10/18/19 stamped previously shipped and as of 10/25/2019 I still do not received my order. I CAN NOT STRESS THIS ENOUGH DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. THIS COMPANY HAS NO INTENTION OF DELIVERING YOUR ORDER.
