I spent a good hour yesterday trying to ‘fire up’ my Sunjoe lawn mower for the first time this season. The batteries were fully charged, the safety key was properly inserted, but every time I pulled back the switch lever and hit the safety lock button….total silence! I called the customer service line, not expecting a human response on a Sunday, but luckily Alexander picked up and walked me through the steps. He patiently, courteously helped me test every possible obstacle…all clear! Then came the finishing touch: “As you pull back the switch lever, push the safety button down for a full fifteen seconds.” Victory! The machine engine sounded, the lawnmower sprung into action, and my lawn now looks great. Thanks Alex and the whole Sunjoe team. I bought a Sun Joe water hose last year and it leaked a few weeks ago. I tried to contact the online chat on their website, and a chat bot asked a few questions. Then I connected with an agent Jaycel M. and got the replacement confirmation with a few more questions. The whole process is easy to follow and I'm glad Sun Joe can stand behind their product.

My Sunjoe would not work after 9 months of use. Called # for problems and talked to Marvin Seva. He handled my problem quickly without a hitch. That's what you call Excellent Customer Service!! This company takes care of it's customers.This will be the first place I shop from now on.
