Skytours – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Les reservé 4 billetes a Menorca y nunca me los enviaron, me enviaron un email intentando cobrarme mas para enviarme los billetes y me negué y me indicaban que me anularían los billetes, después los compré con la aerolínea y ellos se pusieron en contacto con la misma y me anularon esos billetes también. A fecha de hoy llevo gastados 900€ en billetes y no tengo ningún billete de avión. Esta gente no tiene teléfono de contacto, nadie te resuelve los problemas y el formulario de contacto lo único que hacen son contestaciones sin sentido y sobre todo sin solucionar nada. Les he puesto una denuncia porque estoy desesperada. No compren sus billetes aquí.

Hallo Skytoursteam, danke für ein echt cooles Erlebnis. Ich war zwar das einzige Kind aber es war schön das ich mitfahren durfte. Besonders gefallen hat mir als das kleine Flugzeug zu uns geflogen kam und Kunststücke gezeigt hat und die Aussicht als wir richtig hoch flogen. Nochmal vielen Dank :-)

I was concerned after I read the reviews, because I had just purchased my ticket! Reservation booked on a Saturday - did take 24hrs to post/confirmed but gave no airline confirmation number. I called airline that I booked with, gave them my name and they found my reservation quickly and gave my confirmation number over phone. Great price on ticket!

I was concerned after reading the negative reviews but everything worked out great -- was able to book flights for around half the price listed on the carrier website and sky-tours also automatically included a checked bag in the reservation

I have booked the ticket and it was not confirmed by airline. Then I contacted skytours by chat and they cancel and refund my money.
