Shudder – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

There are some really good films on here including horror classics and hidden shudder original gems. The only problem I have the app I use on my smart Tv is actually rubbish. Always loads low quality and is laggy but the one on my phone works fine. That is the only downside in my opinion fix the Tv apps.

excellent service for watching spooky and horror content, only gripe is a lack of UK and Ireland access on the firestick to their app. use it to watch Dragula and the price is well worth it!

Wow so many crappy reviews, this just validates what a lot of people say; aggrieved folks WILL take the time whine and moan about their "bad" experiences but most folks who love something will rarely post about it, they are just happy and satisfied and thats it. Shudder has over a million horror freaks like myself and we love it! if it sucked as bad as these whiners mention then it'd have been out of business a long time ago!

Put an awful review after not being able to delete 7 day trial. Customer service is extremely good, very prompt replies.Managed to cancel account after 2 days if trying, not sure as to why it was so difficult but Shudder do not try rip you off. I do believe the service is not with the money since the content is quite old and not a great library to choose from. My 5 stars are for the customer service I received. Currently I would give maybe 2/3 stars for the content though I expect they will improve this.

Like a lot of you, I have also had an unauthorised charge to Shudder on my Commonwealth Bank debit card for $8.14 last week. There appears to be a LOT of us in this boat. I'm also frustrated, but it's not Shudder's fault - they are a legitimate streaming company owned by AMC. Shudder isn't to blame for this. It's no different to someone using a stolen credit card at a physical store - it's not the store's fault, it's the person who stole it. My 5-star rating is based on the communication I have had with Shudder over this. They responded quickly, and were able to cancel the account that had used my details. Please contact Shudder and let them know, and then cancel your card through your bank.
