Service Titan offers a great product for service businesses. In addition to offering a complete CRM that allows you to take your business to whatever level you desire, I believe on of the most valuable things that Service Titan provides in extremely knowledgable and helpful Success Managers to each account. I highly encourage any home service business to explore their product offerings fully as well as inquire about what their future development plans and goals are. If they do not have an integrated solution "today" for what you are looking for, it won't be long before they develop it and launch it. This is hands down the most complete, most robust, and best CRM you could invest in (period). Will it be the cheapest option? NO. Just remember: Good things aren't cheap, and cheap things aren't good! Keep Crushing it Cassandra and ST!!

Everything has been pretty great from onboarding to launch and now operating the system for some time, except for a couple of sore spots that we had to get management involved. We felt overpromised and underdelivered on the Fintech portion, and we were told by the salesperson who demo'd our company for the final pitch that rates and pricing would be competitive and he "has no doubts that our team can beat our current rates." Well, they came up quite short initially. We had to send the Fintech team back to the drawing board multiple times and escalate the issue with the manager of our onboarding team. Even after all the meetings and sending Fintech back to the drawing boards, the rates were close but still higher overall, but the ROI of using the all-inclusive system was a sell for us. The accounting onboarding and QuickBooks Desktop integration was not smooth and kept needing to be circled back to multiple times, where again a manager in the accounting portion and the team manager were brought in due to complications. There were even extra ST workers brought in to assist and find the issues. The onboarding team was phenomenal aside from the sales and accounting issues we experienced. Our Success Manager always goes above and beyond for us. Quick to respond and follow up to make sure our inquiries are worked through and worked out by the help team. Trust the process and try to stick to the game plan that is laid out for you. Take advantage of the working appointments instead of trying to just figure things out on your own. There are a lot of moving parts and it can be overwhelming for a larger company like mine to onboard, but the constant check-ins and reminders were essential to keep it as smooth as possible.
