I ordered a mirror online and just got it delivered, it arrived earlier than expected and I just love it. I was worried about it getting damaged but it arrived perfectly well and it is already hanging in my living room

We ordered 3 outdoor Riviera barstools, the ones that are white and swivel. Awesome experience with placing the order. Shipped really quickly. One chair was broken and not wanting to swivel properly. I called the customer service line and was prompted to send an email with pictures. After that, I called again and the customer service team was able to schedule pick up of the chair from my house. 10/10. I was skeptical with 3rd party reviews but honestly didn't have any problems and would order from them again. I'm also based in the ATL region so not sure if the stores closest to me have something to do with my experience.

serena is like a good servises travel agency.and with this people travel more and more the servises provide by this is very reliable.

At first customer service let me down but they came through. Design team is lovely to work with.

Good quality and really nicely curated items but please stop using fedex for deliveries. They are extremely unreliable and have lost many packages
