Second Nature IO – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

I was referred to Second Nature by my GP as prediabetic. I joined end of Feb24 and promptly received a set of weight scales & cookery book in a welcome pack. It is App driven, so fits into every lifestyle. The regime is non judgemental and encouraging. The support topics help you to understand the science of food cravings, fitness & motivation and true to the name support you to make better choices to become ‘second nature’. Since joining I have lost 1st 4lbs, I am no longer pre diabetic and my food choices are much healthier because I don’t want to suffer type 2 diabetes. You’ve got to want to improve your health but this programme is a great catalyst and influencer for change. I’m a convert, wouldn’t have got this far without Second Nature.

A really good course, I was prediabetic when signed up for the course do my GP signed me up for it. Very easy to understand with coaches to help if required and check in with as well as communities you can share with. The course taught me how to understand how food and drink affects us and how to eat more healthily, plus weekly topics to help with this. Having completed the course i'm now a stone lighter and my blood sugar levels are consistently normal, one of the best courses i've found thank you.

I am just completing week 15 of the Mounjaro medication programme and can highly recommend it for supporting weight loss and a healthier lifestyle. I gained over 4 stone in weight over the pandemic period (due to work related stress on top of lockdowns) and was really struggling to shift it. I have lost over 2 stone in weight and have transformed my eating habits and food related behaviours. The freedom from food cravings and reduction in appetite has been very liberating. Mounjaro is very easy to administer and I have tolerated it really well. I have had only had very mild side effects - just slight nausea for a couple of days after a dosage increase. The Second Nature programme provides excellent support via daily education articles (which can be read or listened to as audio tracks), a nutrition coach, and being part of a group of others on the same programme. It all combines to help to change habits and to develop a new lifestyle that will enable me to maintain weight loss long term. I feel so much healthier and happier as a result of the programme. It is a huge relief to feel in control of food and eating instead of feeling controlled by food. A very liberating and life-enhancing experience!

Since the moment I started the Wegovy Programme on Second Nature, I felt supported. I've lost 12kg so far and I plan to get down to 20kg weight loss. I started the programme because I was having heart issues and my doctor recommended that I lose weight to help me, as I had an operation planned in and recovery is better when you are not overweight. I also have knee issues, and losing weight was very important. The coaches were great as it helped me on my journey. The recipes are super delicious all my family enjoy them. Now I eat smaller portions and I'm not as hungry on Wegovy. I was nervous about Wegovy at first, but its been easy to use, plus there is a team that do health check each month before sending it out. I've even managed to take it with me on holidays to hot countries. I highly recommend this program, its safe, you are supported every step and it doesnt feel like a diet, because its not. Its a healthy lifestyle with medical support.
