Sargasso & Grey – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

This is the only company that treats customers with wide feat with utmost care and love. All the others I have across produce really ugly atrocious, cheap unattractive designs.. But Sargasso &Grey really took the effort to design beautiful and comfortable shoes that look amazing and expensive even on my wide feet. I wish there were even more designs made I would only be buying shoes from Sargasso. 🙂 highly recommend!

This is a designer who treats wide fit feet as deserving to look elegant, exclusive and high class at an affordable price. My velvet shoes are immaculate. Katie was exceptionally helpful. I wanted a particular size and style which was out of stock and she informed me when the pair came in – that’s personalisation. I didn’t buy them, because I was enamoured by three other new styles, which I purchased instead! All my sargasso and grey shoes are wonderful and incredibly comfortable - without exception. Today I purchased the sandy tan wide fit flats but I will get the green ones too. I would love them with a 4 to 6cm heel - but I am sure I’ll see another beautiful shoe. I am due to go on holiday this Monday - 27 March - and had ordered my shoes too late to arrive in time. However, the Customer Services team arranged for a special Saturday delivery - and without demanding payment upfront. They were extremely helpful - and I love my new shoes! I got my wedding shoes from Sargasso & Grey, and I'm so happy with my whole experience. The delivery was quick, and the shoes fit so well. I have really wide feet and now realise that I could've saved myself quite a bit of pain if I'd gotten shoes from here earlier. The shoes lasted the whole wedding day, from noon until midnight, before I had to switch to sneakers. Super comfy! There were some issues with the return of a pair I decided against because of Royal Mail, but Sargasso & Grey were really sweet and nice about it, and made sure it all worked out anyways.

The after sales service is fantastic. To cut a very long story short , i accidentally returned my shoes to a new look warehouse by having alot of parcels to return , a disgruntled post mistress and my QRG codes got in a muddle and alas between new look and the royal mail i was bereft of my shoes. Sargasso and Grey although it was entirely my fault have followed and pursued my story to its end and a brand new pair are on the way to me. Katie has been absolutely amazing and offered support all the way along. I cant wait to receive my package. Dont hesitate if you are thinking of ordering .
