Revolut – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

I wanted to take a moment to express my satisfaction with the services provided by Revolut. As a happy customer, I've been impressed with the great customer service and the quick and useful replies from their team. I also wanted to suggest that Revolut could further improve its service by personalising the rewards section. For example, as a customer who frequently purchases beauty products, it would be fantastic to receive offers/rewards from Revolut on beauty brands. I think this would be a great way to show that Revolut cares about its customers and values their interests. I'm pleased with the services provided and hope to see more personalisation in the future.

J'utilise Revolut depuis maintenant près de 3 ans, je ne sais pas comment j'ai pu rester aussi longtemps chez LCL et la Caisse d'Epargne. Revolut est tellement mieux à tous les niveaux, passer chez eux a été pour moi un véritable game-changer ! Les notifications de paiement instantanées sur le téléphone, la possibilités d'avoir et de payer en plusieurs devises, les cashbacks, les cryptos.. franchement les banques préhistoriques peuvent avoir peur ! Low exchange rates, excellent customer service, useful and working app A few days ago I made a mistake with purchasing a card. First there was no money on Revolut account and while ordering I was going to make a transfer but hit the limit and transaction got cancelled. I fixed everything, ordered next card but after successful order, the first one also got through and I was charged additional costs. After contact with customer service the second card was cancelled and money returned. Employee was very professional and solved the whole issue in 15 minutes
