Gone are the days of assembling a massage chair. The gents unboxed it in driveway and super-manned it upstairs into the bedroom. Life just got better. Thanks again for improving our lives Relaxacare. Update Jan 14, 2025: Purchased an InfraRed Sauna November 4th and it arrived Jan 8th, but sooooo worth the wait. 2 months is actually shorter waiting period that other retailers researched. I didn't know what I didn't know about all the good health benefits, but now know. Thanks Relaxacare. I just read several really harsh negative reviews on Relaxacare and sounds like a Taylor Swift song: haters gonna hate... IMO, these complaints are mostly about waiting time. I waited a while too for my sauna and chairs, but so worth the wait. I assume these products take a long while to come from overseas; ocean shipping can take months alone. Sadly, these are the folks that truly need a massage chair to chill out before they explode from all the stress and rage. My advice for new customers that are in a super urgent hurry, pay more from competitors and enjoy their shorter waiting period, if any. Credit card interest can be 10-25% per year; waiting 2 months on a $3000 product could have cost me $100 in interest, but still a relatively small amount to go off the deep-end. Competitors were charging $500 more for same product, which my poor math thinks is more than the credit card interest? Haters will always preach; don't treat their words as gospel. Update April 23, 2024: I am a golf pro and this massage chair changed my life! I use it at least 2+ hours everyday (before/after golf). That's over 2K hours of use! $200K in RMT massages! recover muscles faster, relieve pain, align spine, and sleep like never before. When it comes to massage chairs, the Relaxacare sales team really knows their stuff. Had the chance to communicate with Jason a few times and he was very helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend 100%
