J'ai fait plusieurs commandes et retour, les commandes ont été livré sous 1 semaine et les remboursements ont été effectué 1 semaine après qu'ils aient réceptionné mon colis. J'ai été plusieurs fois inquiété par les mauvaises notes, mais pour ma part, c'est une bonne expérience ! Merci à Reebok et son SAV.
Ho comprato il paio di scarpe che volevo da parecchio tempo ad un prezzo super. Ero un po’ spaventata da tutte le precedenti recensioni negative lette. Ordine arrivato in 5 giorni lavorativi, davvero soddisfatta!! Conoscevo il mio numero per cui non ho esperienza con il servizio di reso.

Ich habe die Schuhe am Ende wie angegeben (4-5 Werktage) im einwandfreien Zustand erhalten… Zwischen Bestellbestätigung und Versandbestätigung vergingen 4-5 Werktage ohne weiter Kommunikation, sodass ich mir bereits Sorgen machte (Käuferschutz Paypal usw). Daher ein Stern Abzug.
