31/7/20 LATEST UPDATE: My bad review of Quandoo brought their attention to specifically look into and follow up on the matter below for me. It was due to Covid-19 and because of the offshore processing of the payments it took a little longer than expected. Now all my redemptions are in my acct. This is my first time redeeming credits and am very happy with the Quandoo service and app, so will continue to book all my restaurant reservations thru the app again in future. 17/7/20 ORIGINAL REVIEW: I have been making restaurant reservations via quandoo for quite some years and have recked up some points where I've redeemed for credit payment into my nominated bank acct. It stated credit will hit the acct within 14 days. I've redeemed for 3x $15 credit on 30 June 2020, till today have not seen a cent! Not happy
