I bought a new charger for my massage gun because the original sheared off in the machine. The new one works whilst the Amazon generic one did not. Always buy direct from the manufacturer.

Kath was a great help with an issue I had. I can’t fault pulseroll as a company - I have 3 guns now 2 of which I got from Costco and one from Pulseroll Direct and they are the best guns on the market in my opinion. They’re used in a football changing room so are durable too.
