When I signed up for my first "interview", I thought I was going to get a professional counselor that would get me on track. Unfortunately, I got a young 20 something male that wanted to be my psychologist, not a meal plan counselor. When I told him the questions were silly and that I'd like to move on to the plan, he again took the psychologist move and said, "Now why do you think they are silly?". UGH, never did get to discussing the plan options cause he was trying to check all the boxes that his training required. These counselors need to realize that some people have different needs. Not everyone wants the touchy feely approach.

Hesitant because I didn't know much about them - but after working with a coach and getting a few weeks into the program, it works. The food is incredibly delicious, I love the chocolate and banana. Also the people there make me feel welcomed, supported and I continue to drop the pounds, which my family is happy about. The team there is amazing. Thank you Chicago for being so awesome!
