A good experience overall. Ordered the clarke motorcycle dolly. Good price from power tools direct. I was a little concerned about the negative reviews but only saw them after I ordered. Delivery was 4 working days after ordering and delivered by Fed Ex which was reasonable and is explained on the website. I did double check when it would be delivered and emailed power tools direct. I received a quick reply advising me of the delivery date. The prompt response eased my concerns about the order. My experience was good and will order from them again

Products ordered were not all delivered. One item was refunded without a covering email explanation or opportunity to select an alternative. Items that arrived were excellent quality, wrapping of black plastic taping kept thing secure but was a nightmare to unwrap. I found the delivery charge expensive compared with others and dispatch rather slow
