On 6. June 2024, I ordered a cover for an IPad from Pikata.de. (Pikata Germany) Today - 14 days later - the cover still hasn't arrived. Twice I’ve written mails to Pikata.de. They don’t answer. So now I am lost in a wasteland of indifference from a firm, that evidently exhibits and sells goods they neither have nor can obtain. Calling it amateurism on an intergalactic level doesn't really cover the extent of this reckless sales practice. I hereby warn everyone against doing business with the tormented army of troglodytes, who are banging their heads against each other and the walls of the dark and moldy dungeon they call Pikata.de. Stay away.
