NutriSystem – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

I will be on Nutrisystem for one year on January 2, 2024. I had 75 pounds to loose but only hoped I would loose some if I tried it. Almost one year later, I have lost 58. Actually, I am fine now, if I wanted to stay at my present weight. I am reaching for my high school weight. Only 17 pounds more to go! If you had told me a year ago, I would be 58 lbs. lighter, I would have never taken that bet!!! Plus, I love the food. I am going to be on NS indefinitely.

I've tried many diets and exercise programs over my lifetime. I've done Atkins, Low-Carb, and intermittent Fasting. I've also done P90X, P90X3 (3 times), and cycling. Nutrisystems was the easiest and fastest way to lose weight, and I am now 67 years old. I started at 220, and my goal was 195. I haven't been under 200 for over 15 years. Achieved the goal due to the portions, exercise, and food quality. This is one diet that works, just like the commercials say. All you need is the discipline to stay on it.

I tried the Basic Plan. So, my review pertains to that program only. It works. It does work. No question about that. BUT, you have to stick with it. Regularly, meticulously. It is not complicated, mind you. It is not particularly hard, neither. But you have to follow the rules. And my problem is, that… I am not good at following rules. So, after a while, I stopped. It was a good experience though. I learned a lot. I actually intend to apply the “flex” version of the plan, as often as I can. I know that it will not generate the same results as a more rigorous implementation of the plan, but it will be enough for me. Thank you, Nutrisystem.

I've been on the Nutrisystem Plan 2 times since 1984. I just decided a month ago I needed to do it again. I found the Wellina Plan for $199.99 a month so decided to give it a try since it was very affordable. I just finished my 1st month yesterday. The Wellina plan is the same as Nutrisystem with the Nutrisystem foods but doesn't include frozen foods which is fine with me. I find the food very good but that's just me I guess. I get 20 days of breakfast, lunch, dinner & snacks each month and am on my own for the other 2 days a week which allows me to practice on controlling myself after I reach my goal. I pick my foods every month~~it has more limited choices than the Nutrisystem Plan has but that's ok. Being familiar with the foods I already know which ones I like so it makes it easier. I've always liked the Nutrisystem foods so I will be sticking with Wellina until I reach my goal and if they offer a plan to get periodic deliveries every few months I'll also do that to help me keep myself on track after I reach my goal weight.

I’m quite happy with the Nutrisystem food as well as the customer service! I’ve never had Any trouble switching the date of my next delivery, getting thru to anyone over the phone. They usually pick up within 2 minutes! Everyone has been quite friendly And helpful! A few mistakes were made with the delivery as well as meal replacements and they have been ever so obliging with correcting them. I’ve done WW in the past, but am favoring Nutrisystem due to their portioning, NuMi app for logging in food and now am Quite satisfied with their customer service. I wasn’t able to stick to the plan after getting the first month of the plan, but started it as laid out by them on my second months delivery. It’s been 2 weeks and have thus far lost 5 pounds. I am starting to workout now, so am looking for the steady weight loss they say will..and Is..happening. Guessing people with a poor experience aren’t following guidelines (?) or calling the correct customer service number (?) Nutrisystem team has been helpful in moving my payment processing dates to fit times when funds would be available on my credit card (as had to skip a shipment..move it back due to insufficient funds). I’m exceptionally pleased all around and have developed a taste for the foods I didn’t think would happen. Great selection! Love how it’s set up! I’m doing Uniquely yours max. I have decided upon doing more months than I had anticipated as it’s working better than I presumed! 💪 Thought I’d chime in due to reading the poor reviews..which are thankfully Not My story!
