I was apprehensive at first but I have been pleasantly surprised. The things I like is the easy history medical assessment and the checking with me regarding my health issues. The second was the opportunity to discuss issues with a human on the app I was expecting the computer algorithm thing but it was a very nice person helpful. Finally I had a problem with one needle and I had five replacement sent, just by leaving a message to customer services, the following day.
