I read you reviews AFTER ordering 7 items. The reviews (1.4 star rating) worried me. But the order came in 4 days, clothes quality were good and my return order of 3 items out of 7 items was processed quickly. They have their act together.

I have recently discovered NorthStyle and have purchased several garments of different kinds. I have been very pleased with everything I bought from tank tops to corduroy jeans, regular jeans, and shirts. Customer service is wonderful, helpful, prompt. I had to return one item because I bought two by mistake and I was refunded with no problem. The clothes fit as advertised, function as advertised as well. Very, very pleased and will be a customer again in the future. Great catalog too!!

I was worried about ordering from this company after reading all the bad reviews. I received my items in 7 days after ordering. The sizes do run big, but I have to say items were perfect, as advertised. Gave me free shipping. Can't say anything bad about my transactions with this company.
