I transferred my domain to another hosting company. It was a big mistake. The other company offers a fabulous relationship with an AI. I couldn't get anyone on the phone or get help. I came back to Network Solutions. In 2 days they have helped me more than I could ever have imagined. Not to over simplify, 5 stars for me, is perfection. No person or company is perfect. But Network Solutions checks all the boxes and I am very, very grateful they took me back!!

Lea realized I was frustrated with a different CSR time consuming, slow online chat - Lea calmly and effectively was able to make me feel more confident in her company. We have had account for over 15 years.

So I forgot my email which I used to register my account with them and I tried and tried and tried different methods but nothing worked then I started a support chat and Kavya the person helped me as my issue wasn't a small issue she took time to understand and asked her manager twice and gave me the resolution. thanks kavya and team network solutions
