There was a mishap with my card and I had a family emergency come up. They sent out a couple of emails as a reminder to switch card info, when I emailed back in explaining that I could not give another card but would have money the next day to pay it all, they took care of that without issue (very quickly might I add). I’ve never had a negative experience with any customer service that’s been needed. Top notch :)

Great communication and customer service! I love the convenience and style tips. I had to pause for a month to make car repairs and they were kind and had no penalties for skipping a shipment. How awesome!
