My experience with this company has been very good for me. The recipes and menue's have not been challenging at all, they are all easy to buy so you haven't to go to full lengths to buy them. I also find I can swap meals providing I keep with the calories intake for that day.

I didn’t find it as difficult as I thought it would be. I am still struggling with food choices and what to eat.

It was very difficult for me to follow te suggested meal plans. There were an awful lot of ingredients I don’t like and even the substitutions were not to my liking. That said, they all sound very healthy and nutritious so I think they will suit the majority of people - just not me. It seems like a jolly good programme to follow.

I love the recipes and the foods presented are generally items I have at home. I also like the easiness of the recipes, usually takes about 15 minutes to prepare. The substitution list is very handy, since once in a great while there is something on the menu that I'm not particularly fond of, I can change to something else.

This product didn't help me to lose weight. I was charged full renewal without any notice, then only got half back. It would be good if the company warned customers of their renewal before being charged.
