I had an awful experience with this store. On October 3rd last year, I visited, hoping to rent instruments for a 4-month contract, with the idea that I could rent again in the spring if needed. However, the salesperson completely misled me. He falsely claimed that if I rented for 10 months, I would get to keep the instrument free for the summer. I trusted this and proceeded with the rental. I paid the full amount in-store for my rental, thinking everything was squared away. But to my surprise, I started seeing unexpected charges of $43.46 on my credit card. When I returned to the country, I contacted the store to clarify. The manager then blindsided me, saying I should have renewed by June 1st to receive the promised free summer rental – a condition that was never mentioned before. Instead of offering to fix the situation, I was told to return the instrument immediately, which I did that same evening. The worst part? No one followed up. After waiting 10 days with no communication, I contacted customer service again. I spoke with Jorge, who said he couldn’t process a refund and would escalate the issue to his supervisor. I was given a refund request number and promised a follow-up within 24 hours. That follow-up never came. In the end, I lost both my money and the chance to renew the instrument because of false advertising and horrible customer service. This store not only misled me but also completely failed to take responsibility. Do not trust them – they’re clearly more interested in squeezing extra charges out of customers than in being honest. With having a marketing background, I know that word of mouth can have the biggest impact on a business.

Contract for 15 payments total of 503.00 I had to call and point it out. They issued a check for the 10 extra payments they took and now are turning me into collections saying I owe. Ive decided to let them. No resolution all overseas service reps. Better to buy a used one then deal with this company

I would never recommend this company. I had an agreement with Ken Stanton music and had been making payment plans on a Lease 2 Own. We were under the impression our instrument was paid off. Come to find out Music & Arts took over the contract. Redid it and now saying I owe for another 3 years when I should be done with this thing. Their customer service is terrible and should be fired immediately. Outsourced too from the 3 interactions. Also the one Rep did not submit my escalations so it sat forever. I had to call back in to get help. Do not buy from them. They are not helping me resolve this issue. If anyone from Music & Arts wants to reach out to me. Go for it!

Where do I start? First, terrible customer service. Every time I call in, the reps seem to have an attitude like I am inconveniencing them. Secondly, for the second month in a row, they have just taken money from my account, without prior authorization. They stated that they don't need it, since my account is in collections. This is the worst business practice I have EVER experienced. I never agreed to them taking out $100 every two weeks, yet they continue to do so. They should be ashamed and I will NEVER EVER rent from this terrible business again. When I called in to voice my concerns, the reps had no sympathy. Totally dissatisfied with this company. BEWARE!!

Company continued to bill my credit card after my purchase of rental instrument per the agreement. Numerous calls over a several month period - Every call to customer service was met with a promise to resolve. It took 6+ weeks to resolve (is still ongoing) and a BBB complain filing. After deleting credit information - they started mailed me bills with collections threats. Do NOT rent from this organization - they will continue to bill you after your obligation is satisfied, apologize, make promises to resolve but will not. Reps will promise refunds but will take 5-7 days and when none is received - a follow up call will be met with another promise to refund - but escalation will take additional 2-3 days.
