I want to add that I think there needs to be a distinction between the actual Microsoft Store and the Microsoft Keys Store, which sells you Microsoft products at deeply discounted prices. If you buy from Microsoft Keys you are very likely to encounter problems, which was my experience.

I decided to buy Xbox series X and 3 month ultimate game pass from the Microsoft store. I ordered it on Thursday Feb 2 at around 9:55pm and I had my products on February 8. I couldn’t ask for better customer service. They were great. I had Jesse who helped me order over the phone and Noelyn who helped keep me updated on my order. My xbox arrived well packaged and works great. I really am enjoying it. Buy directly from the Microsoft Store 😀

Never had issue however I did buy a game there was a glitch and they ended up refunding me two days later lol

In precedenza ho avuto un esperienza positiva con Microsoft 365 Personal ed una negativa con Windows 10 Pro. Stavolta non ho aquistato software, ma il tablet 2in1 Surface Pro 7 Plus. Ho eseguito l'ordine il giorno 27 Dicembre 2022. Ho potuto pagare con Paypal. Ma non ho potuto pagare a rate. Il prezzo era scontato, invece di costare 900 euro circa, costava 700 euro circa. Il giorno successivo l'ordine risultava in sospeso. Ho chiamato l'assistenza clienti, che ha aperto una pratica, per il fatto che fosse in sospeso. L'ordine mi è stato spedito il 28 Dicembre con corriere UPS. Mi è stato fornito il tracking code. Nella mia regione UPS non è presente, il pacco è affidato a corrieri terzi, cioé Poste Italiane. Il pacco mi è stato consegnato il 2 Gennaio 2023. Il pacco aveva un imballaggio esterno in cartone. E il tablet era nella sua confezione originale, ancora chiuso dalla pellicola. Qualche giorno dopo mi ha chiamato di nuovo lo stesso operatore della assistenza clienti Microsoft, per chiedermi se avevo ricevuto il pacco e poteva chiudere la pratica. Sorpreso in positivo da Microsoft, dopo un esperienza negativa relativa all'aquisto di Windows 10 Pro.
