Massage Warehouse – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

When I received my order I only received 1/4 of it. When I read the reviews, I was afraid that I was going to be scammed. I contacted them and they said it had to be shipped separately. Having my doubts I received the rest of my order the next day. So despite the reviews I've had a very pleasant experience with them and great customer service.

No issues with my order or customer service. I do find it easier to contact and communicate with them via the chat option versus the customer service phone number. My only complaint is the processing time is very slow, it can take almost a week for an order to ship depending on what you're ordering. Also the "check my order status" isn't always up today. I received my product and the website still showed the order as processing.

I have bought both of my massage couches through Massage Warehouse. The quality of the items are excellent! This family run company are easy to get in contact with and they will help with any problems. I would not use another company

Contrary to many of the reviews here my experience was positive. It was a small order -- two bottles of massage lotion. But it was shipped promptly, arrived within five days, was well packaged, and was exactly what I ordered. So no complaints.

I have been a customer of MW for around 5 years. From employee to self employee to business owner they have always been there for me. As a business owner buying more supplies, I've run into an issue here and there with defective products and the support team (especially, most recently, Yesenia Hernandez) goes out of their way to make it right for me. Good to have a consistent and trustworthy supplier on my side! Thanks MW!
