The app is terrific. I have used it for many years and would recommend Mac users to download it, but recently had an issue with the licence and needed to app another Mac onto my account without purchasing a whole new thing. The customer service is awesome, fast responses and individual, so fully understood the issue and gave me the answers to my problem quickly! I thank you and would highly recommend this app to Mac users.

Already using CleanMyMac X on my own MacBook Pro, I would change my license to add the MacBook Pro of my wife. Customer support helped me to change the license without any extra cost. The assistance was pro-active: I just had to pay and the rest was done by MacPaw. Thanks, Franko from customer service to help me out. I experienced a world-class service!

We purchased the technical support for Apple products with MacPaw 9 months ago and have previously only used it once. Yesterday about 25 notifications about out of date legacy extensions appeared on my screen. I had not been doing anything out of the ordinary with Google forms but it must have somehow been different. Rather than trying to trouble shoot this myself and be uncertain of the safety of what I might try, I called MacPaw. Danilo listened patiently and made some suggestions. He also wanted to make sure that I didn't run into any problems and asked me to let him research the problem. Within less that 1/2 hour he sent me an email with a wealth of information. I didn't fully understand all the references, but there was enough information presented to me to have me understand that these out of date "kexts" were not needed (from 2015 I discovered) and I was able to remove them without any apparent repercussions. I'm going to be very sad not to renew this wonderful service!
