Customer service is great! I ordered rings and they arrived very quickly and were absolutely beautiful, unfortunately I got the wrong size so I sent them back for an exchange. The whole time I was waiting for the exchange I was corresponding with Heather and she was absolutely fantastic, getting the exchange took a little longer than I thought but I was replied to every time I messaged and was also sent a pair of beautiful earrings as a gesture of good will. I am over the moon with the rings and earrings and will definitely be ordering more from them.

Followed Luxe Emporium on tiktok for a while and decided to order there beautiful triple band ring. Arrived fast and there packaging is really nice. Love the ring - definitely recommend 🫶

My partner decided to buy my engagement ring from Luxe Emporium; after only having it for a few months I lost a few gems. I contacted them via email and spoke with Heather who was fantastic. They asked me to send my ring back to be assessed by their team and I noted to them that I was days away from my birthday and a few weeks away from my engagement party. They exceeded my expectations and offered to send me a new ring at no extra charge so I was able to wear my ring for these events! I can’t fault them at all!
