Lunalae – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

They only publish reviews on their website that are positive. I left reviews on individual items that never got posted. Their sizing is INCREDIBLY inconsistent. Even if it says “fits true to size” they’re probably lying. Half of what I’ve ordered from them is too large and half is too small: all the same size, all same measurements, all fit “true to size”. Their customer service is bad. They shipped me faulty items and due to not being in their country it is extremely difficult to make returns and costly. I have spent HUNDREDS of dollars on their active wear. Seams rip easily as well. I don’t think they are an HONEST company.

J'ai mis 1 étoile car on ne peut pas mettre zéro. Qualité produit déplorable. A la première utilisation les fibres élastiques se sont altérés, déchirés. Aucune prise en charge par le service client qui est de toutes façons aux abonnés absents. Nul et très cher. Donc forcement très déçue !

Ordered a month ago, had to pay extra shipping because of our postal strike here. They didn’t even send it until our strike was over. Still waiting to receive the items. Hidden fees says one price on the website but much more on my credit card. Won’t be ordering from this company again.

Een paaldans pakje besteld en een super goeie kwailteit! De levering was erg snel en het pakje valt op maat dus dat was ook heel fijn.

My order arrived a month after because it was "held at customs". Lunalae said they couldn't do anything for me, that I had to call customs (which is impossible for things like that in France). I had to threaten them to take back the backage and refund me for them to remember the number of the sending company and call them to unlock the situation. Them I finally received my package, but I wanted to exchange some items. I discovered that I had to pay for return (more than 50 usd) + 20 usd for who knows what. So I will not exchange the items (which is probably their strategy) because it would cost me more than just order again (which I won't). I definitely do not recommend this company.
