Good experience with LOT Polish Airlines! The flight to Barcelona was fast, nice crew and fast delivery baggage!

I had booked to fly Stockholm to Katowice. The flight was brought forward by over two hours and I didn’t confirm acceptance because I already knew I couldn’t fly at all that day for medical reasons. A couple of days later a very polite guy phoned me and explained that I was entitled to a refund because of the time change and this appeared immediately. Great service.

Przez problemy z płatnością, kupiłam ten sam bilet dwa razy. Zadzwiniłam do obsługi klienta LOT i rozmawiałam z panem Marcinem, od razu wypełnił formularz i w ciągu nablizszych dni dostanę 100% zwrot za ten jeden dodatkowy bilet. Ich bin am 11 Marz 2024 auf dem Flug Berlin-Warschau-Tel Aviv mit der Fluggesellschaft LOT geflogen und hatte kleinere Probleme mit den Dokumente. Trotz dieser Probleme wurde ich jedoch bei der Fluganmeldung sehr aufmerksam behandelt und mir geholfen, dieses Probleme zu losen, sodas ich zu mainen Kindern nach Tel Aviv fliegen konnte. Ich bin sehrdankbar alle,insbesondere dem Flugregistrierungsleiter,der mir geholfen hat.
