Placed an order 2 weeks ago on a next day service still have not received even Evri has not received the item. Contacted customer services which was an absolute joke and no help i was told to wait 30 days and if the item does not arrive then contact them again absolute joke. I ended up opening a dispute with my bank at the end. A complete and utter waste of time.

DM600 burnt taste, customer service don’t respond to emails and if you call you listen to “sorry, all our advisors (line brakes up) are busy on other calls please (line brakes up) continue to hold and your call will be (line breaks up) shortly.” … I mean, it’s a vape shop… how busy can you be.

I bought 4 of their new DM600 X2 disposables and not one of them the battery last long enough to use all of the eLiquid in the 2 pods. These are a complete rip off as you will not get what you paid for.

Got 3 of the Lost Mary Tappo vapes. First one was brilliant, the other 2 tasted immediately burnt out. For the price I'd expect a lot better, very disappointed and won't be buying more. As a customer who has limited mobility and can't just nip out to the shops I need to be able to rely on the quality of a product that I have delivered.
