Jason was very helpful, before canceling the subscription he tell me all the pros and the options that i have, but im not using the services anymore 10/10 with the platform and he’s customer service

I will hopefully be receiving a refund and it was clear and handled well

I have been using them for years and absolutely Love the service!!! It's pretty clear cut, you pay to use and if you don't need any more at the time you can cancel, just call them. BUT if you don't pay attention and do not cancel, they will charge you, it has happened to me, but that is not their fault hahahaha.

I would had given 5 stars. The first person I spoke to was unhelpful but when I called back I had exceptional service. He helped me with what I needed then went beyond and did more to make my resume look so much more professional. Thank you!
