Ordered polo shirt December 3rd. Still hasn’t arrived. No reply to my emails other than an automatic reply asking me to keep tracking. Have ignored all requests for a refund. Woeful! Would not recommend ordering from this company.

Buyer Beware - given the name of this company and the prices had expectations that we would receive a quality product. Ordered a Lions Shirt 2XL - what arrived was much smaller (like Asian sizing?)awful cheap quality material and poor quality embroidery. The name of this company leads one to believe it is an official site. Please go elsewhere and don’t waste your money.

I have only left a star to enable me to leave a review. Shocking company, terrible experience and customer service. First my order did not arrive then when allegedly it was 'lost ' in transit after much chasing a replacement was sent. I was shocked when this arrived as cheap polyester/cotton mix and worst of all cheap iron on logo! After much wrangling I have now returned and am still waiting for my refund. This was ordered at the end of March! Whatever you do do not buy from this company you will regret it.

Over 2 weeks since order and still no delivery, even though tracker has stated on route for last week. Do not answer phone or respond to emails.

Shocking, shocking and shocking, a company that has no morals, is bankrupt of customer service and excels at destroying worldwide brands. Ordered British & Irish Lions merchandise in November, experience now screams at me not to ever do business with this US based cowboy outfit and I would urge anyone who values their sanity to avoid!, Unanswered emails, no alternative ways to address so have now set out on a mission to inflict as much reputational damage as I can on Fanatics through my contacts with the rugby community. Given the reviews I have seen on Trustpilot my real surprise is that the British and Irish Lions have done nothing to address, I will never buy another item and would urge others to do the same!
