During a flash sale I ordered a discounted item and loved it so much that wanted to order another one, but by the time I made up my mind flash sale was finished and price for this item has been changed back to the initial one (without discount). I asked customer service if it would be possible to order this item against a discounted price and Connie from customer service kindly made an exception for a better customer experience and allowed me to order against a discounted price. I'm so happy and surprised that I cannot describe it. There is no other site that would do it.
