I received a pair of beautiful ear rings as a present, arrived gorgeously gift wrapped, the ear rings are stunning, had lots of compliments. When I had a small query the customer service team could not be more helpful, wholeheartedly recommend Lily and Roo.

The most amazing customer service! Breanna got in touch almost instantly and couldn't have been more friendly, helpful or efficient! Unfortunately one of my earrings had got damaged and without question Breanna organised for a replacement to be sent straight away to arrive the next day. Thank you Breanna so much! Wonderful customer service. Sent faulty necklace back, and heard nothing for a couple of weeks as soon as I emailed to enquire about it, the necklace was located, fixed and sent back to me!
