Reggie was interested in my query and really tried to understand what I was asking for, even though I wasn't good at explaining myself. Lebara is very reasonably priced so I didn’t expect great customer service. I was very pleasantly surprised! My home internet is provided by Virgin who are a complete rip off. No customer service staff and no help when I ad a problem. Lebara are so good at customer care. My call was answered in seconds. No messing around with trying to make you give up and go on the website instead. A friendly efficient staff member guided me through the process and made the problem so much easier. Furthermore it didn’t take hours or days to sort out. Jennifer Sagayammary was so helpful and patient and I would now recommend lebara to anyone who wants a decent phone service.

I couldn't access data roaming when I arrived in Spain so I phoned lebara helpline and the person I spoke to was very patient and helpful. Her instructions were very clear and resolved my issue.

I had a reasonably simple question (When roaming in Italy, if I make a call to another UK phone also roaming in Italy, would that come out of my UK or international call allowance?), but Lebara agent Akshay was quick to connect and respond, and polite.
