Lampoo – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

The fact that Lampoo company closed its doors is the saddest fashion news that I encountered in the past 10 years‼️ I literally dread the sad news every day 😭 I do hope Lampoo comes back soon - if it does, please do inform me‼️🥰 I cannot relate to any of the negative reactions at all! I was buying on other platforms too, e.g. Rebelle (recently transformed to Vinted), VC and Fashionfile etc, however I bought most items from LAMPOO as Lampoo had the best curated items, the best and and most accurate descriptions, the best quality products and the range of choice for the customer was the BEST too! The customer service was always quick and polite, their secured quality check was thourough, payment, refund and regulations were spot on. Lampoo was a 2nd hand fashion Champion ‼️🏆 I really enjoyed browsing Lampoo’s website every single day since year 2021, browsing the web site and buying from Lampoo became my hobby - buying for myself, friends, family, others and now this hobby is gone, I’m so sad 😞 I think a few problems appeared after Lampoo launched a new website, the 1st initial web site was much better. I also think that the 2nd shop in UK was not necessary (especially after Brexit, I don’t buy anything from UK since Brexit, it’s too expensive and complicated) …I believe that the shop in France (apart from original shop in Milano) would be a much better choice as France is a part of EU and I believe more popular in general too. It is what it is, but I cannot stress enough how sad I am. Lampoo, if you ever come back, I volunteer to give you my best service in whatever you would need (some experiences are expertise), I am really sad that you’re gone and I HOPE and keeping my fingers crossed that YOU COME BACK SOON - transformed, super shiny, even more successful and stronger than ever 🥂🍀🍀🌞🎉 Yours truly, Linda 🌸🤗

Purtroppo, ultimamente,la piattaforma non risponde più ai canoni di eccellenza a cui ero abituata. Non ho potuto effettuare acquisti online a causa di impedimenti nell' applicare un codice sconto (Winter24) e, nonostante avessi inviato più email, non mi è stato mai risolto il problema . Nessuna risposta, neanche a telefono!!!! Che delusione mi dispiace tanto e conto che la piattaforma torni ad essere quella che da subito ho apprezzato

Sono cliente abituale di Lampoo da, credo, gli inizi. Una piattaforma fantastica in continuo aggiornamento da cui ho acquistato quasi settimanalmente pezzi meravigliosi senza tempo… Non so cosa sia successo da fine gennaio, i clienti abituali hanno capito che c’è qualcosa…ma spero vivamente che ritorni tutto come prima perché Lampoo e tutto il Suo team sono per me la migliore piattaforma/negozio sul web. Sono una venditrice di lampoo e mi piaceva molto il servizio di ritiro e vendita del sito. Niente foto. Niente pacchetti da spedire ....mandavo tutto a lampoo e facevano tutto loro...peccato che questo servizio sia terminato.. Era molto divertente
