Isset – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

This company postponed their event from Dec 2021 to June 2022, announcing it 1 month before the original date. There refund policy states that a customer can only get a full refund 2 months before the original date, clearly nobody can even get a full refund and it shows this company have no care for their customers. Their reasoning for not refunding was being impacted by Covid 19 which everyone is affected by so I don’t see why they have some sort of entitlement over the customers about the money. Very messy and shady company in my opinion. Their response rate is also quite slow, took few emails to even get a response and some didn’t even get one. Don’t waste your money on this scams, the event became free 1 month before the postponed date so you can literally go for free anyways. This company just want your money and doesn’t care about anything else. For a company focused on education, they clearly have the wrong focus.

Achtung! Das sind wahre Betrüger! Hände weg! 1x mal wurde die Veranstaltung wegen Corona im Oktober 2021 in Frankfurt verschoben, dann im April 2022 ganz abgesagt. Das Geld überweisen sie nach mehrmaligen Aufforderung nicht zurück. Wer wurde noch betrogen- meldet Euch. Wir holen unser Geld gemeinsam zurück.

Following a one year postponement of a Singapore event , ISSET denied full refund and fails to reimburse . This is starting to be a scam like business . Very disappointed as it was through Stamford American School of Singapore Partnership . Stay away from this

We booked a seat for our son in an ISSET SPACE week event in Singapore mid december 2021. We got informed that the event was postponed by ISSET 3 weeks before the event and since we would not be in Singapore anymore in June 2022, we requested a refund. Policy states that if we cancel we get only 25% of reimbursement, though ISSET did postpone on their own and made it impossible for our son to attend and they deny us full refund arguing of pandemic situation, which is totally unfair and unprofessional. If they are behaving this way, I cannot imagine the quality and the level of professionalism that can be displayed during these events. Be aware and stay away
