Peanut Butter & Co. – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

In all honesty, they aren't the best peanut butter. We bought the chocolate and white chocolate and smooth operator flavors at our local grocery store and they weren't eaten. I can understand why our store doesn't carry them any more. But, we did find we liked the Mighty Maple flavor. Since our grocery store doesn't carry this brand any more, I ordered a 6 pack of Mighty Maple flavor from Amazon and even signed up for Subscribe and Save to have the items delivered automatically every few months. When we received our first order, they sent the Smooth Operator flavor that we don't like. With most stores this wouldn't be a problem, because most stores fix their mistakes. Peanut Butter & Co. has a strict no returns or refunds policy even when it's their mistake. I contacted Amazon and let them know the wrong flavor was sent and they told me about the return policy and told me there was nothing they could do to help me. When I looked at the Amazon reviews for this company, I saw many 1 star reviews who had the problem of the wrong product being sent or the product arriving damaged and Peanut Butter & Co. wouldn't do anything to make right their mistake. After seeing this, I wrote to the company on their Facebook page and they ignored me. So, I wrote to them on email to ask them to please revise their return policy just to correct their own mistakes and they once again ignored me. So, that was the last straw. I'm writing here to warn other potential customers that this company has a strict no return policy even if they make a mistake and send you the wrong thing or do not package it carefully and the product gets damaged in transit. You get whatever they send you and you're stuck with it and according to their 1 Star Reviews on Amazon they often send out the wrong items on an order. Therefore, I recommend avoiding this company because from what I've seen they have a very casual attitude about getting orders right becuase they won't do anything to help you correct the problem if they make a mistake. I will never order from this company again and if local stores start carrying their products again I won't buy them ever again.
