RAC Travel Insurance – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

In about March 2020 I took out travel insurance with esure,to cover my wife and I going to Australia to see our daughter and her boyfriend, then as we all know covid 19 arrived obviously a massive game changer.so fast forward to about 4 weeks ago when quantas contacted me to say our flights in September had been cancelled, totally gutted so about a week later I contacted my insurance company Esure and advised them of the situation and was told that I would only be eligible for 50% of my money back as in the small print you have to cancel within 14 days. I made them aware that I disagreed with this and was told a manager call back had been arranged so after over a week later no one has called me and now I feel it necessary to warn other people about the way companies such as these are profitering.if I had cancelled on my own then I would have no issues but as usual they are taking advantage hence my rant today.so be sure not to use Esure in future.
